Initial Contact |
Following your
initial contact, we aim to provide an efficient and personal service
to meet your requirements.
Following discussions about your requirements, we will arrange a
site visit at a mutually convenient time, including evenings and
weekends. |

Initial Site Visit |
At the initial
site visit we will discuss your requirements in detail, and based on
our 20 plus years experience will advise on design, planning
permission, new surface water drainage legislation, materials and
construction. |

Materials |
We use a number
of suppliers and can provide samples of materials available
including type, texture and colour. |
|
Written Quotation |
Following our
visit and the choice of materials to be used, we will provide you
with a written quotation. |
|
Arranging for Work |
Once a quote is
accepted, we will arrange with you a date to commence the work, and
provide an estimate of the time to complete the job. |
|
During Construction |
We only take on
one project at a time, so once we have started we stay focussed on
your project until complete. We do not subcontract work, so I
am always available on site to discuss changes, additions and any
other queries that may occur. |

Completion and Acceptance |
We remain on site
until you are completely satisfied with the work that we have
carried out. |
|
Guarantee |
All work is fully
guaranteed, details upon request. |
